When looking for a partner to help you market and sell your home, you must find someone you trust.  This can be an extremely difficult task.  Most Realtors make an appointment, then show you material about themselves and how great they are.  They bring pictures and accomplishments about themselves.  Then they ask you to entrust them with what is possibly your largest asset.

We work differently from the normal Realtor.  Yes, I will want to come to your home.  BUT my purpose is to visit with you and get to know you.  It is important to us to know about your dreams and where you see your life in the future. We want to know what will happen when your home sells and also what it means to you if it doesn't.  You see this is more than a business transaction to us.  We are Realtors, but we are also Relators.  Notice there is a little difference in spelling, but a huge difference in how we do business.

1. The Local Advantage - We live locally in Chester County.  We know where the best restaurants, food stores, movies, etc are located.  We also know the various markets inside the county and how to get your home SOLD.

2. Internet Advertising - Most home buyers start their search on the internet. Exposure to the Internet is a must.  You'll gain access to placement on over 200 real estate oriented websites through the syndication system we use. This will maximize your exposure and bring a large number of potential buyers to view information about your home.

3. Email Campaigns - It's important to "work the network." We can work together to identify the right people to target your home-and get in touch with them by email to drive excitement and interest.

4. Personal Touch - Of course, technology alone won't sell your home. Face-to-face interaction provides the advantage to sell your home-and you won't have to worry about a thing. The details will be handled with care and constant communication, to ensure the marketing and sale of your home go smoothly.

In today's real estate market your home must be SOLD 3 times.  Once to the agents, once to the buyer, and once to the appraiser.  We use our experience and contacts to over 2500 agents in the area to "sell" them your home.  We then use our marketing and staging genious to sell the property to the buyer.  The appraiser is a little more difficult, but this is accomplished by selecting the correct comparables to price your home properly in the first place.  We then provide these comps to the appraiser.  When the process is complete, we have a sold home, fulfilled dreams, and a future that meets your expectations.
